چکیده
Highly efficient blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence molecules having 10H-phenoxaborin and acridan units were reported. Pure blue emission peaking at around 450 nm with a high external electroluminescence quantum efficiency of around 20% was demonstrated.

Blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence materials based on bis(phenylsulfonyl)benzene derivatives.
Two blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence molecules based on bis(phenylsulfonyl)benzene with very small singlet-triplet splitting energy were designed and synthesized by combining 3,6-di-tert-butylcarbazole with 1,4-bis(phenylsulfonyl)benzene and 1,3-bis(phenylsulfonyl)benzene, and a maximum external quantum efficiency of 11.7% was achieved for an electroluminescent device.

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) has recently emerged as one of the most attractive methods for harvesting triplet states in metal-free organic materials for application in organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). A large number of TADF molecules have been reported in the literature with the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of OLEDs by converting non-emissive triplet states into...

متن کاملAn Alternative Host Material for Long‐Lifespan Blue Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes Using Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence
It has been challenging to find stable blue organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) that rely on thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF). Lack of stable host materials well-fitted to the TADF emitters is one of the critical reasons. The most popular host for blue TADF, bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl] ether oxide (DPEPO), leads to unrealistically high maximum external quantum efficiency. ...

High efficiency hybrid type white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) combining a green thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitting material with red/blue phosphorescent emitting materials were developed by manipulating the device architecture of WOLEDs. Energy transfer between a blue phosphorescent emitting material and a green TADF emitter was efficient and could be managed by ...
